  • Coating Options: Advanced multi-layer coatings (e.g., TiAlN via PVD or AlTiN via CVD) with a thickness of 3–6μm, enhancing wear resistance by 30–40% and reducing friction coefficient to ≤0.35. Coatings provide oxidation resistance up to 900–1,000°C, supporting high-temperature machining.

The TG1225 grade insert, featuring a gray color and a range of hardness levels from P20-P35, M20-M35, to K20-K35, is equipped with a PVD coating. This insert is made from microcrystalline carbide that has been optimized for enhanced wear resistance and toughness. It is further enhanced by a nanocrystalline TiALSiN coating, which offers high bonding strength. These combined features provide a broad performance spectrum, making it highly suitable for general machining processes of both steel and stainless steel materials.

The TG6275 Milling inserts grade insert comes in a variety of colors and offers hardness levels ranging from H15 to H30 and S15 to S30, enhanced with a PVD coating. This insert utilizes an AlCrN PVD layer, which is specifically designed to harden steel parts within the 40-55 degree hardness range. It is particularly adept at processing high-hardness quenched steel with a hardness of up to 50 degrees, offering a colorful and efficient machining solution.

It is coated with a bronze-colored TiAlSiN PVD layer, which is known for its high bonding strength. This coating is particularly effective for processing hard materials, steel, and stainless steel, making it suitable for materials with a hardness of 28-50 degrees. The TiAlSiN coating provides a combination of hardness and thermal stability, which is essential for withstanding the high temperatures and wear encountered during the machining of such hard materials
