Triangular mechanical structure

The isosceles triangle support structure is adopted, and the contact surface between the base and the machine tool is 1.8 times that of the traditional tool holder. With high-strength cast iron/alloy steel (such as HT300 gray cast iron), the bending strength is increased by 40%, and the vibration amplitude is controlled within 0.01mm, which completely solves the vibration problem of deep hole processing with an aspect ratio of ＞5 (such as deep hole boring of automobile cylinder blocks).

Double locking mechanism

The tool holder body is designed with double locking of wedge block + bolt (preload force up to 800N・m), and the tool holder clamping part is equipped with a lock nut. When cutting at high speed (above 4000rpm), the axial displacement of the tool is ≤0.005mm, which is suitable for intermittent cutting of mold steel (HRC50+) (such as gear groove processing).
