Material & Construction 

• Substrate: Manufactured from premium cemented carbide with a fine micrograin structure (1.0–1.5μm grain size) and 8–10% cobalt binder. This formulation delivers a hardness of 91–93 HRA, striking a balance between wear resistance and impact toughness—critical for withstanding heavy cutting forces.

• Coatings (Optional): Many variants feature TiAlN or AlTiN PVD coatings, enhancing heat resistance (up to 800°C) and reducing friction. These coatings extend tool life by 30–40% in high-speed machining of stainless steel and alloy steels.
